How long does it take for you to create all the user names for me?

Between 1 and 5 business days. We wanted to make sure to not violate any of the Terms of Service for any of these great sites so every sign up is actually done by hand.

Done by hand?

Yes, we could have automated this system and published it a while ago but that would be a violation of the terms for the majority of these sites. We didn’t want to go that route so we actually recruited a great team to complete the signups for you.

What happens to my data after the sign up is complete?

Your data is erased, unless you opt to sign up for our subscription service. In that case we keep your data secure on our servers and only revisit it to sign up for new sites that we find and add to our list.

I forgot the password I gave you to sign up with can you resend it to me?

Nope! Sorry about that, but we don’t keep any of your data and have a strict policy of not visiting the database of our subscription members. Our best advice to you is to go to a site that you have been signed up for and request a password reset. You should be able to easily get a new password generated for you.

So you have my password for all of these sites?

No, we don’t keep that data. As you get signed up you will notice that the email address which you supplied will start to fill with confirmation and welcome emails. We encourage you to click the links in each of these and change your password.

Are you sure you don’t have my password?

No, we don’t have it and we don’t want it.

My username that I use is only 4 characters long, is this going to be an issue?

Some sites require that your username be at least 3 characters, others require 6. We strongly suggest that you have a username over 6 characters to be accepted on all of the sites. If you still want to use a short username we will do our best to sign you up for all of the sites, but you might not get through on some of them.

How will I know when my order is complete?

We will send you a detailed report of all your account details and signups about 1 to 5 business days later.

I already have my username signed up on 6 sites. Do I still have to pay full price?

At this time, Yes. We currently do not have a way to pick and choose what sites you want to sign up for. This we be completed in a future update.

Accounts like “BuyViagra”, “FreeAcaiBerry” and “GetRichQuick” are examples of names that SmartMediaInnovations.com will NOT sign up.  All account names are reviewed before we process them. So please do not waste our time and yours with such sign ups.  SmartMediaInnovations.com reserves the right to deny any account creation for any reason.

SmartMediaInnovations.com is not responsible if your account is terminated for any reason, this includes but is not limited to: Abuse, Spam, Violation of the sites’ Terms of Service or deleted due to community guidelines (i.e. some sites are geared towards the female gender and have been known to delete accounts that are male).

Some sites require you to login after confirming your email to actually create your vanity URL — this is not the responsibility of SmartMediaInnovations.com. As stated in our privacy policy we do not re-visit any of your data.  Once you have been signed up for a site the profile is 100% in your control.
